BTS’ V recently had an intimate interview with W Korea magazine, where he delved into his thoughts, emotions, and daily activities. During the conversation, the talented artist also touched on his beloved pet dog, Yeontan, and revealed that the movie ‘Barbie‘ had a profound impact on him.

As the conversation progressed, W Korea inquired about V’s upcoming mini-album ‘Layover.

When asked about his furry companion, V affectionately introduced Yeontan by mentioning, “Yeontan ate too much, so I put him on a diet. Yeontan also got his hair cut recently, so he’s very cute.” When the interviewer pointed out that Yeontan doesn’t seem to respond to V too well, V explained, “The boss in my family is my mom, so when Yeontan is around her, he doesn’t come when I call him But… I’m his no. 1 when he’s around strangers.

W Korea also asked, “Have you watched any good movies lately?” and V responded, “I watched “Barbie.” Seriously, it really is the most impactful movie I’ve watched recently.”

V took a brief moment to explain his new album and elaborated, “Standard jazz could be a bit too complex, so I tried to make my songs more contemporary and popular. When the sun’s setting, under the sunset, when you’re driving, when you get off work… That would be the best time to listen.”

By exploring various aspects of his life, such as his relationship with his dog and his film preferences, V offers fans an intimate glimpse into his world.
