In March 2023, Kasper was found by locals wandering alone on the streets of Moldova with a tight rope around him that made it impossible for him to eat or drink, and even difficult to breathe.

Thanks to the help of Moldova Veterinarian – partner of FOUR PAWS, Kasper was promptly helped and treated.

The experienced team quickly arrived on the scene to rescue Kasper from the pain he was in for. There are many challenges and complications we face on-site, including where evidence or even Kasper work may stop.

But instead, in the end, the child was not successfully helped but was taken to the veterinary clinic for further treatment.
It’s really heartbreaking to think about the tragic past that the little dog went through.  And we are extremely grateful that throughout the action there, Kasper demonstrated the fighting power of not surrendering to fate.

I am currently recovering very well. Kasper loves attention, loves to play and walk outdoors even when it snows ! We are really happy to see your progress every day. We hope you will always be happy and loved forever!
