Babita Ahirwar, 21, and her husband Jaswant Singh Ahirwar were sʜᴏᴄᴋed to learn she was expecting on November 23. They appear to be “joined ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ,” with the children having separate heads but the same internal organs, such as the heart.
Everyone was sᴛᴀʀᴛʟᴇd when they were revealed. Accepting the fact that our child has two heads is difficult for us.
The hospital’s doctors are debating what to do next with other doctors in Iɴᴅɪᴀ because they have never seen anything like it in their lives. The medical word for ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ born in this ᴍᴀɴner is Tribrachius parapagus, which is an unusual occurrence that does not augur well for the children’s survival.

Although it is not yet known if the ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ are healthy enough for surgery, they are currently being monitored at the hospital around the clock. Mr. and Mrs. Ahirwar from the Madhya Pradesh village of Basauda in the Vidisha region were the first victims.
After 18 months of marriage, the couple is expecting their first child. They intended to birth connected ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ during the 35th week of pregnancy, according to the local media. On November 23, after a 7:30 a.m. surgical procedure, they were given a “two-headed ʙᴀʙʏ.”
When the nurses brought the ʙᴀʙʏ back to me, Mrs Ahirwar said, “I was filled with mixed emotions.” When the nurses removed the towel, I initially thought it was ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ, but I was sʜᴏᴄᴋed to see that our first child had two heads and three arms.

Although all we want is a typical, healthy child, the Almighty has different ideas. “I’m not certain why,”
“My wife passed out when she saw the ʙᴀʙʏ,” Mr Ahirwar continued. An ultrasound revealed that we were expecting ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ. Although we are thrilled to have two kids, one of them has two heads.
ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ called Tribrachius parapagus has three arms, one body, and two heads. Even if it hasn’t been established yet, this is the diagnosis. The Exᴛʀᴇᴍᴇʟʏ abnormal contiguous kind is thought to affect less than one in a million Nᴇᴡʙᴏʀɴꜱ. These children have a very low chance of surviving and enjoying regular lives.

Surgical separation is not an option because the ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ share all of their internal organs, but doctors are looking at their options. According to Dr Surendra Sonkar of the Vidisha Sadar hospital, where the ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ were born, “the Nᴇᴡʙᴏʀɴꜱ has two heads and three arms.” The third hand is connected to two palms. Infants only have one heart that is visible. This is a condition that is Exᴛʀᴇᴍᴇʟʏ rare, and I have never encountered one before in my professional life.

We are taking care of the infant and will consult with doctors in Bhopal and Delhi who have performed operations on infants that are ɪᴅᴇɴᴛɪᴄᴀʟ to this one.
At the Hamidi Medical College and Hospital in Bhopal, the infant is receiving medical attention.
Mr Ahirwar continued, “This is my ʙᴀʙʏ, and I will raise it as it is.” He hasn’t yet been placed in my arms. He has been the subject of ᴍᴀɴy comments, but he is still my child, and I will bring him home. As long as he is alive, “I will love and care for him.”
