It cannot be denied that pregnancy is a magical and transformative moment in the lives of many women.

Given this, a photographer decided to capture the essence of pregnancy and turn moms into Disney princesses in a photo session. Well, it’s just magical.

Vanessa Firme, 39, is a photographer based in Rio de Janeiro. In an interview with the American television show Good Morning America, Vanessa said that the photo shoots began with a focus on fairy tales because a woman decided to honor her daughter who would come and be called Belle, from the word “Beauty and the Beast.”

“I thought how magical it would be for her to see her mother dressed as a princess,” she said. “People loved it, so we decided to make other princesses. “These photos show other mothers that they can be whoever they want to be,” added the photographer.

And this Cinderella mom, with her felt button perfectly sticking out, looks positively glamorous as she contemplates the magic of motherhood.

This waiting Bella couldn’t be more stunning as her partially opaque dress shows off her gorgeous cleavage.

Firme also doesn’t limit her creativity to princesses when it comes to maternity photoshoots. This Maleficent inspired session is simply magnificent.

And what could be more appropriate than dressing a pregnant mother like Wonder Woman? She is growing into a full human being there and will soon remove said human from her body. Of course, she’s a damn superhero.

It’s amazing that this photographer is dazzling her pregnant clients as Disney princesses, villains, and superheroes. Celebrating these women and what their amazing personalities have accomplished, even if they may feel sad, exhausted, and decidedly unglamorous, is not only a great keepsake, but it’s a great reminder that they are warrior goddesses.
