A first-time mother miraculously became pregnant while carrying twins. She now reveals how it happened and discusses her miracle triplet pregnancy!
Getting pregnant when expecting a child may seem impossible. And, while it’s highly unlikely, it’s not impossible. It’s a phenomenon known as superfetation. When a woman 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑠, her body normally ceases 𝑜𝑣𝑢𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔. This was not the case for this mother.
“Your hormones are supposed to stop you from 𝑜𝑣𝑢𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 [after getting pregnant]. Mine did not,” often asked how she 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑑 another baby while already pregnant, the first-time mum explained in a video that 𝘰𝘷𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 can last 24 hours, and that 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘮 can live inside the body for up to 3 – 5 days.
“So our first two babies are 10 or 11 days older than our third baby. So that’s how we knew straight away it was a second pregnancy,” she says.
The Miracle Of How She Got Pregnant While Pregnant
Going from expecting twins to expecting triplets may seem strange or even frightening to some people. The mother of the Taming Triplets, on the other hand, considers each of her children a blessing.
“We were simply very, very happy and grateful and appreciative and happened to get pregnant with triplets on the spur of the moment,” she added. “We wanted to have children, and God said, ‘Watch what you ask for,’ and granted us three at the same time.”
This sweet mom continued documenting her triplet pregnancy on social media, amassing millions of followers across social media. She adopted a candid approach — openly discussing how she got pregnant while pregnant, answering questions from followers, and sharing both the joys and struggles of carrying three babies.
Doctors deemed her to be a high-risk patient and recommended her to remain in bed. They even recommended 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 to first-time parents. They, on the other hand, refused to follow the medical advice. They clung to God and believed that whatever He had begun, He would complete.
The mother of the Taming Triplets, on the other hand, put her children’s destiny in God’s hands!
“We want to move forward with all three babies. No genetic testing, no selective reduction,” she said. “We just pray and hope the babies are going to be healthy… Even if they did have an issue we are going to love them no matter what.”
After becoming pregnant while pregnant, the Taming Triplets mom faced the challenges of carrying triplets with enthusiasm and faith, knowing that her babies would be well. When physicians rushed in for an 𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘤-𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 far before the 32-week mark, she clung to her faith and begged for more prayers.
The Taming triplets were born at 29 weeks. Vivienne, Georgina, and Ivy were all born safely.
